Vlad is a charismatic individual with a business-oriented mind. He is able to quickly recognize opportunities, issues and adapt to the market. He started his career as a programmer, entered the IT world for the innovative prospects available in software and latest technology.

He founded one of the biggest blockchain outsourcing companies in Romania. He managed a team of over 20 blockchain engineers which worked with some of the industry’s biggest players such as Near Protocol and Filecoin.

Understanding both programming and finance, it is needless to say that blockchain and metaverse became instant attractions to him.

RARES

Rares’s background is a technical one. He has a bachelor’s degree in computer science and a master’s degree in IT & Cyber-Security. Co-Founded his first start-up in the last year of university - an auction platform for car parts. After finishing the master’s degree, he worked one year as a full stack developer & team lead for an outsourcing software company. Learning what it takes to meet customer requirements and disturbed by the lack of professional management, he cofounded an outsourcing company together with Vlad.

Rares led his own team to develop a collaboration platform for Food Safety, Traceability and Sustainability. Piloted successfully at Loblaws (the biggest food retailer in Canada) and their supply chain (± 500 companies), the platform is ready for prime time and will onboard its first European customers very soon.

Tech and NFT enthusiast. Always in search for the next big thing and trying to build meaningful software related to it. Always trying to attract like-minded people so we can make a change together. I've had my first rodeo in the software world building a Supply Chain Optimisation software, following with a Bill of Material software for the aeronautics industry. On the side, I dived into mobile app development, systems engineering and also blockchain. I founded and developed metascraper.io, a powerful NFT analytics and rarity tool.

With a background in information technology, Shantanu has a lifelong passion for business growth and finance. His journey in blockchain and cryptocurrency space started in 2017 and continued throughout the bear market.
